I was double charged!

This will occur if you have an active PayPal subscription with us but make a manual payment on the invoice. PayPal isn't able to interact with our billing panel to see if a payment was made, so it just sends money to us every term based on when you set up the subscription. Please contact our Accounting department if this happens.
